Steelmaking system of smelting equipment mainly include external refining furnace, converter, electric arc furnace,furnace, ladle etc. The smelting equipment required for refractory products mainly include calcium magnesium carbon brick, brick, magnesite chrome brick, electric furnace bottom ramming material, long nozzle and submerged nozzle, slide gate, etc. Refining outside the furnace is in a vacuum or inert atmosphere or controlled atmosphere under the condition of deoxidization,desulphurization and removal of inclusions and change the inclusion shape,adjust the composition (micro alloying), and control the temperature of molten steel. RH vacuum deoxygenation furnace and AOD furnace, RH furnace are mainly made of refractory material, which is fused with magnesium-chrome brick and semi-recombination magnesite chrome brick and direct combination of magnesium-chrome brick.

The AOD furnace is mainly made of refractory materials with magnesium-calcium brick and semi-recombination magnesium-chrome brick. Our company has fully implemented the RH furnace without chromium (including RH impregnation tube).
